I’m Dr Hazel Harrison. I work with businesses to enable your workforce to thrive.

Whether you have a specific challenge to overcome, a goal in mind or you’re just unsure how to get your team thriving, I can help.

No organisation is the same, so rarely does one size fit all when it comes to wellbeing. I work with you to ensure we create a solution that works for your people. I do this through wellbeing strategy consultation, keynote presentations, workshops and coaching sessions.

We know we all have mental health, I believe we should all have the knowledge we need to take care of it. I’ve worked for over a decade in the NHS as a Clinical Psychologist. My work is grounded in science. I use findings from clinical and positive psychology, neuroscience and wellbeing research as the foundation of my work.
