Huddl provides a platform for parents to access up-to-date expert advice, so that we can help our children with the challenges they face growing up.

At this Huddl Parent Talk you will gain tools from the PERMA+ model for wellbeing and learn about the latest neuroscience findings and why these matter for us as parents. You will be given a deeper understanding of how nutrition impacts our children’s minds and bodies, some easy ideas for health and wellbeing will be provided, as well as great tips to nourish young brains. There is so much we can learn from these two professionals on this very current topic.

Dr Hazel Harrison

Dr Hazel, a Huddl Advisor, is a Clinical Psychologist with more than 10 years' professional experience in both the National Health Service (NHS) and private sector. Hazel is founder of ThinkAvellana which offers a range of services designed to help individuals, families, schools and businesses to thrive using the science of psychology as the foundation.

Lucinda Miller MGNI MRNI MH 

A Naturopath, Iridologist, Herbalist & Functional Medicine Practitioner with over 20 years experience, Lucinda takes a scientific and holistic approach to identifying health problems, using laboratory testing and gentle, natural interventions to provide solutions. She is founder of www.naturedoc.co.uk and author of The Good Stuff. 

She is a also a fully qualified NLP coach and mentor for kids with ADHD and Autism and a mother of three children, aged from 8 to 16.
